What we do

Bookkeeping for your U.S. company, kept from anywhere

Your transactions sorted, confirmed by an accountant, and closed every month, so the tax return and Form 5472 start from clean books.

What's included

  • Import bank and card exports (CSV, OFX or QFX) from Mercury, Brex, Chase, Wise and most other banks
  • A category for every transaction from your rules and suggestions, confirmed by your accountant
  • Accounts in other currencies kept in U.S. dollars, with the original amount and rate on every line
  • Payments to and from owners flagged and asked about, because they go on Form 5472
  • Every month closed and checked by an accountant
  • Ask your books: plain-English questions answered from your own transactions

Start with a 14-day free trial. No card needed.

How it works

  1. Add your transactionsUpload bank and card exports. Overlapping date ranges are safe: transactions already in Durity are skipped.
  2. Durity sorts themYour rules and Durity's suggestions give each line a category. Anything that might involve an owner goes to To review instead.
  3. Answer a few questionsMostly one tap: what a payment was, especially anything to or from an owner or a related company.
  4. Your accountant confirms and closes the monthOnly confirmed categories are final. Each month is then closed and checked.
