How it works

From bank exports to filed returns

Software for the routine, people for the judgment, and nothing filed without your approval.

  1. Tell us about your companyCompany type, state, formation date and owners. Durity builds your filing calendar straight away: every federal and state deadline that applies, with the date and who handles it.
  2. Add your transactionsUpload bank and card exports from Mercury, Brex, Chase, Wise and most other banks. Accounts in other currencies are kept in U.S. dollars, with the original amounts.
  3. Durity sorts themYour rules and Durity's suggestions give each transaction a category. Anything that might involve an owner or a related company is set aside, because it goes on Form 5472.
  4. Answer a few questionsIn To review, say what a payment was. Most questions take one tap.
  5. Your accountant checks the monthEvery category is confirmed and every month is closed and checked.
  6. Returns are prepared and reviewedThe federal return, Form 5472 and the other filings on your calendar are prepared from your books, and each return is reviewed before you see it.
  7. You approve, then it is filedThe draft comes to you in Tax and filings. You approve it by typing your full name. Nothing is filed until you do.
