How it works

Set up once. Filed every year.

Step 1

Add your accounts

Import your bank and card transactions and tell us about your company and owners. We build your filing calendar the same day.

Step 2

Books kept every month

AI categorises each transaction. An accountant checks the close and asks you only about what is unclear.

Step 3

Returns filed on time

We prepare your federal and state returns and foreign-owner forms. A second accountant reviews them before filing. Licensed CPA or EA review is coming soon.

Where is it registered?
Did it pay U.S. contractors this year?
Does it own 10% or more of a company outside the U.S.?
Does it have bank or financial accounts outside the U.S.?
