Durity, Pilot and Inkle, side by side

All three publish prices. These are the ones we read ourselves on each company's own pricing page, with the dates. Where we did not confirm a figure, the table says so.

Pilot's plan prices and Inkle's bookkeeping price were read on their public pricing pages on 2 Oct 2026; Pilot's tax, form and CFO prices on 26 Sep 2026. They may have changed since: check their sites. Durity is billed monthly (or yearly at 10% off); Pilot's Core price is its yearly-billing price, so the two are not like for like. "Not compared" means we have not confirmed that company's price for that line, not that it lacks the service.

When Pilot or Inkle may suit you better

If you want the lowest starting price for bookkeeping, Inkle's is lower, and it sells tax forms one at a time. If you want a large, established firm, Pilot has been doing this longer. Durity is for founders who want accountant-checked books and the filings listed above in one published price that grows only with their spend; Form 5471 and extra state returns cost extra.
