How it works

  1. Your filing calendar is builtFrom your company's details, Durity lists every federal and state deadline that applies to you, with the date and who handles it.
  2. The return is prepared from your booksOwner payments are already identified, so Form 5472 is prepared alongside the federal return.
  3. It is reviewedBefore you see it, it is reviewed. Checks that find a problem block approval until a reviewer writes why it doesn't apply.
  4. You approve, then it is filedThe draft comes to you in Tax and filings. You approve it by typing your full name. Nothing is filed until you do.
