Exporting or deleting your data
Take a copy of everything, or ask us to delete your account.
In Your account, choose Download everything to get a ZIP file with your data as spreadsheets and one data file, plus every document uploaded to Durity. Data only gives you the data file on its own.
To delete your account, choose Request deletion. We review it, email you a copy of your data, and delete your sign-in, your company (if you're its only owner) and its files after a short waiting period. Some records may need to be kept for tax purposes; if so we'll tell you what and why.
